Hi! I'm Sarah.
When I first became a mother, my career aspirations seemed irrelevant. It didn't matter to me that I had spent over a decade preparing for a career as a health psychologist, or that I excelled as a college instructor. Nope, being present for every moment as a mother is what mattered most to me.
As our family grew, I had to develop systems that allowed me to live the "crunchy" life keeping our family as toxin-free as possible. That meant cloth diapering, homemade baby food, free range children, and homeschooling!
Through the Crunchy SuperMom community- I have shared these very systems. The transformations were remarkable.
I feel honored to teach mompreneurs sustainable systems for home and business. Gaining time in your day is a true gift and it can help you increase your impact too!
