Just Eat Real Food
Mandy & Sarah's healthy eating philosophy is based on the belief that the best diet for any family is one based on food that is minimally processed, free from modification, and ethically, traditionally and sustainably raised and grown from high-quality sources. Food should be just as nature intended it whether you are vegan or a traditional food enthusiast or something in between. No one diet style is right for every person. In fact, we have embraced various eating styles (GAPS, Paleo, etc) in our lives in order to achieve healing. We like to say that we “just eat real food” and then try to leave the diet dogma out of our discussions!
Real Foods
Real foods are defined as those that are nearly intact--they are similar to how you would find them in nature. Some real foods require soaking/sprouting and other modifications to best prepare them for consumption.
